This is your chance to design and make your own earrings at Ohio Beads and Gems. In class, you receive excellent step by step instruction on making wrapped loops; an essential technique used in the beading world and the best way to make earrings.

Once you master this technique you will have many more creative jewelry making opportunities. After plenty of practice, you will make two pairs of earrings during class time.
Please come early and select your beads from our vast selection.
Class Size: 8 students
Materials: 1 package of headpins, 2 earwires, and a variety of beads 3mm-8mm in size. (staff will be available to help you with these selections )
Cost: $18 plus supplies

Ohio Beads and Gems will be closed Monday, May 28th and Tuesday, May 29th for Memorial Day.

If you have desire to try something different, then this class is for you!
You’ll step out and mix metals, glass, tubes and paper to make a very personalized necklace for you or perhaps a keepsake for someone special. Learn how to shape filigree around a clear center stone accented with your secret notes or photo.
***Note, we will have papers, glass stone and tubing available for you to use***
**** Must have wire wrapping skills****

Learning to make this wire link bracelet is a great intro to the basics of rosary loop making while making this excellent designed bracelet. Mastering skills in this class will be beneficial in many jewelry making applications

Materials: 20 ga wire, clasp, package of headpins, 7 soldered rings, beads, 8mm-12mm, and smaller beads for possible accents
